1. Submit to high PR link directories - Their are many directories out there. You can submit to them if you want, but truly, they are not that effective as everyone uses them. (also some directories use the nofollow tag!)
2. Article Directories - Submitting to some strong article directories is a nice way of gaining some nice link strength. Get some of your articles and rewrite them. Then submit it to an article directory.
3. Use Social Bookmarking Media Sites - Stumbleupon, de.licio.us, digg, are all great for traffic. These are quality links, plus if they start to get “famous” on these sites, they will get even more links from bloggers that like to link to great articles.
4. Post Comments on Dofollow Blogs - Honestly their are so many dofollow blogs out there it is hard to count. There are lists of dofollow blogs out there, and all you need to do is submit a google query.
You could another one- Comment on dofollow forums. When you have a link in your signature, it is counted as a backlink to your website or blog. One of the most popular dofollow forum is WarriorForum.
